The third podcast is here, with words of wisdom and charm from our longtime BIP friend, Lily. The episode was recorded on a gorgeous day, so we did the recording outside, so please pardon the occasional dogs barking or wind or what have you.
In this episode, Lily talks about her journey from being hyper-aware of her body to having a happier and healthier relationship with her body. She also touches on broader issues and how her activism has developed over time. There’s a “Keeping It Reel” included, because it was a delight to record with Lily and we thought it would be nice to share some really human moments with you.
